What to expect from your 1 hour "Basic" MOOD Consultation:
- Consultation Price for 1 hour: $250.00
(For bigger homes, we would do a 1 ½ hour consultation) - $350.00

✓ We will tour the property together and the investor/homeowner and I will discuss what the overall goal is for the property.
✓ Then we will discuss the budget – this will determine what items are a priority and what can wait
✓ Once we determine the services that you are looking for & the budget, we will make layout suggestions, color suggestions, lighting suggestions, tile color suggestions, cabinet & countertop suggestions, flooring suggestions and more! (**material suggestions will not be exact & if you feel like you need additional help, MOOD can put together an estimate to assist you further)
What to expect from your "Detailed" MOOD Consultation:
- Consultation Price for the Basic + Detailed MOOD Consultation – ranges from $1,500-$7,500 depending on the size of the project and what services are needed.
**It is definitely worth the cost when the small details increase the value and maximizes your profitability!! Looking at the bigger picture is always key!
✓ Everything that is included in the Basic Consultation is provided in this consultation as well
✓ Provide 2D drawings of the layout for your contractor
✓ Provide a design write up that includes all of the detailed information for each room or space being designed.
✓ Shopping Carts will be included for each vendor that is being used with the required amounts needed to be ordered.
